Situated adjacent to the Department of Imaging and Diagnostics, the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Central Hospital is located on the ground floor with easy accessibility for emergency patients suffering from acute illnesses or injury due to trauma.
It has been furnished with ten electrically operated beds containing panels which deliver bedside services, an advanced monitoring facility and onsite investigations. A separate Casualty Bay and ICU equipped to manage any emergency are also available.
A well trained staff compliments the department: an in-house doctor and nursing team are readily available, 24 hours a day. A nurse is allocated for triage at all times.
- 10 Beds inclusive of high dependency power assisted beds with immediate flat positioning for Cardiac Pulmonary resuscitation.
- Multi-parameter patient monitors with transport monitoring facility, over bed head panels,defibrillators are added to this Unit which is geared to handle any emergency.
- In-house Doctor & trained dedicated team of Nurses are available to attend to your needs.
